What did you do with your Daiya today?

I keep buying Daiya, and I guess I'm not used to cooking with "cheese" so I'd love to hear what you do with yours.
I just made a bean and cheese burrito (cheddar) and grilled it in a hot dry pan.
Another favorite of ours is to put a little pile of it (either flavor) on a hot pan, let it melt, flip it, till it turns into a little cheesy biscuit type thing. So simple, yet so scrumptious!
VROO, did your omni friends like it?
Made a breakfast wrap this morning on a whole wheat tortilla.
Stuffed it with lettuce, "mozz" daiya, black olives and asian toasted sesame dressing.
Divine!
I made some pizza on some lavash wrap things with the cheddar because I have like 20 pounds of it (and AC said it comes out great) and yes, the cheddar works great for pizza too! It doesn't seem out of place amongst the tomato sauce and italian herbs.
I really tried liking Daiya but I just don't. I think it tastes really sweet.

both flavors?
consider yourself lucky. you don't want to be buying that crap all the time! :)
I hated it in the beginning, but now I love it.
I loved it right off. Sorry if this has been said before. But it makes a kickin grilled cheese. Veganaise on the bread with the daiya give it a flavor that tastes rich and buttery to me. yum.
my current favorite thing to do with daiya (I almost always get the cheddar): quesadilla with green chilies, P just loves a plain daiya quesadilla.
gimme some daiya!!!!

do you seriously not have access to it there?
no, i do, it's just like $7 here when at home it's like $4.50. so i refuse to buy it here.
Here's a cool trick discovered by my DH. He takes a pile of Daiya, flattens it out and cooks it on the hot pan. Then flips it. I think I mentioned just eating it this way before, but actually it works really well for making "slices" of cheese and then putting them on a burger. It's sort of browned and tastes really good, and since it's already melted, you don't have to use the microwave or anything.
We're thinking of doing a bunch of little ones and pairing it with vegan pepperoni i just made, and then putting it on crackers. :)
