As the main course you could have some sort of teriyaki glazed kabobs. Chunks of marinated peppers, onions, tofu, brocolli, pinapple, squash (some of your fav veggies)...etc. Man that sounds sooo good right now. I guess you would need to bake them if you don't have access to a grill.
As for dessert, try take a look at these three:

wow mdvegan, that sounds delicious. Where did you find Hawaiian tofu? All I've seen is plain. Did you use a mardinade? What else did you serve with it?
I don't have a single suggestion really, just that this sounds like such fun. If you make punch, freeze fun things in as ice cubes.
I can just see it...Hawaiian leis (sp?), hibiscus printed stuff, Hawaiian shirts! I guess I'd cook out and the kabobs sound perfect. If you need my TDF grilled tofu recipe, just ask.
I wish I had a recipe for what we used to get in Denver called "King's Hawaiian Bread." I had a bread machine a long time ago that had a bread recipe with pineapple juice in it that was just like the expensive store bread. Unfortunately, I don't have a handmade bread recipe and the bread recipe box went with the machine when I gave it away on freecycle.
mmmm Dragonfly's grilled tofu... some people sweeten the room with incense, some people have little cinnamon stick diffusers... When I have Dragonfly's TDF grilled tofu, I leave a little container of marinate on my kitchen counter, it smells heavenly and it's soooo yummy... mmmmm

Ooooh, thanks for the links! I'm going to have to try some of those!
If you go into the blog section on this site, look for Isabella's blog. She hosted a huge luau at her house in the middle of winter, and she wrote some detailed blogs about the menu.
