Vegan Blue "cheese"...now what to do with it?

I found a package of vegan blue "cheese" at the HFS and since blue cheese (dressing) used to my favorite years ago I thought I'd give it a try. It's in a wedge shape packaging and not as a dressing so I'm wondering what you all would suggest to try with it. Maybe mixing it with a little soymilk/oil to make salad dressing? I'm open to any suggestions.
p.s. I'm really just hoping it's not disgusting and a waste of $5.
the one time i ate blue cheese was in a omelet/ frittata, and it was very good.....so maybe a tofu quiche or scramble? ???
salad, pasta (hot or cold).... i would prob just google some "blue cheese" recipes.
On a veggie burger?
In a salad with a sweet fruit. MMMM
Is it sheese?
It's not really necessary to mix it with into a dressing. As I recall, it's good to just crumble some blue cheese on top of your salad, with an oil and vinegar-type dressing.

Yes, it is delicious like that.
Crumble it into some "Ranch" dressing from on here, for some totally other Buffalo Tofu!
I was watching a cooking show on Food Network (with the Italian gal, I don't remember her name) but she made a stuffed artichoke with gorgonzola that looked amazing and I turned to my husband and said "Oooohhhh... if I could find a vegan blue cheese I would totally make that!"

that sounds soo awesome. i LOVE artichokes. mmm
Funny, I accidentally grabbed some vegan blue sheese and have no idea what to do with it as I'm not even sure I liked blue cheese back in the day... I guess I'll need to just try it out.
Mmmmm...a while back I promised my Honey that I would make him spicy buffalo Tempeh (or chiken strips) with vegan blue cheese dressing. This post just reminded me...time to make good on my promised.
blue cheese + fresh spinach + dried cranberries + candy pecans = heaven salad on a plate.
no dressing, i just give it a splash of olive oil.
