so after vegfest, im obsessed with pumpkin pie ice cream.

I really wanna learn how to make it!! it was sooooo good!!  :)>>> and maybe i can make some for my omni family for thanksgiving  :D

does anyone know a good recipe?

Hah YES. Must find recipe. I'm sure it would be easy to figure out. i know the ingredients said pumpkin, soymilk, sugar, pumpkin pie spice. Uhm. Thats all i remember.

years ago, when I occasionally succumbed to actual ice cream (my swim buddy worked at an ice cream shop, my excuse), there was a flavor, egg nog ice cream. It was incredible! It was only for the season. I get the jones for it when I think of it. Maybe I'll try to make some with vegan ice cream.

this is what i would do:
1 can full fat coconut milk
1/2-1 can pumpkin
a little vanilla bean
sweeten with maple syrup and season with pumpkin pie spice to taste.

tl, no i dont have an ice cream machine. when i make this i plan to use the "put it in a sandwhich bag and shake the hell out of it" technique.

hesp- thanks! im gonna try all of the recipes. partly to see which one tastes best, but mainly just so i can have more. haha

i got mine at the thrift store for, like, $4. best purchase i've ever made.

i just think the coconut milk would go well with pumpkin flavour.

Now i want ice cream again. Arrrggggggg. Did you have it mixed with chocolate? Because that mix was AMAZING.
