snack ideas?

im going to have a party, need to have some snacks around. but some of them need to be gulten free and also cheap.
im in denmark not the us, so some things are not as cheap or easy to find as there.
I thought to make some hummus and bean dip with bread and corn chips. maybe some type of bean balls or falafels with sauce.
But i just can think of anything very simple and tasty.
Also maybe they need to be good to eat hot and cold.
Raw veggies (oh excuse moi, "crudités") for dipping in that hummus. I don't what's in season there, but I'm thinking broccoli, celery, carrots, like that.
Might have more than one kind of hummus...lentil or another bean as well as chickpea, beet hummus or "pizza hummus".
Antipasto tray of marinaded artichoke hearts, baby corn, pickled beets, like that.

i think carrots, bead and corn chips with dips.

anything that is finger food and doesnt need a plate or anything else is great.
make sure people don't dip the bread in the dip or it will contaminate it and the GF people can't have it.
How about a make your own nacho bar with vegan and unvegan cheese, veggies, vegan and not vegan sour cream, corn chips, salsa, guacamole, etc.
Definitely put spoons and dishes by the dips so people can portion their own. Communal dipping is ubergross even without the GF issues. Because somebody is eventually gonna double-dip.
Roasted chickpeas -open can or soak then cook, drain, season, oven at 350 for 30-60 min
Stuffed Mushrooms - stuff with veggies and bake or bread crumbs and herbs for the non GF version
Mini Tofu Quiches - mushroom & kale is my fav
Tiny sandwiches - 'cream cheese' cucumber, hummus and shredded carrot,
faux deviled eggs - I think the recipe is Angel Potatoes here on VW (GF)
Small Spring rolls - cold served rice wrapper full of cabbage, mung beans and carrots (GF)
Small Veggie rolls - fried "egg" rolls but smaller full of rice noodles, marinated mushrooms, broccoli (GF)
Tiny Burritos or mini tacos - full or beans, salsa and lettuce (GF)
