recipes using rosemary?

I have some fresh rosemary left from last night's dinner (Rosemary Lemon Tofu).  I have around 4-5 sprigs left and was wondering ways to use it.  I was thinking of tossing it with some winter veggies and roasting them?  Also, around how long will the rosemary stay fresh (I have it in the fridge)?  Thanks!!  :-*

Whirl it in your spice grinder (coffee grinder) to break it up and release the oils and use it to flavour tofu or seitan. It keeps better in the fridge if lightly wrapped in foil; you can also dip it in water, shake it out and freeze it.

The rosemary foccacia bread from this site is fantastic.

I found another rosemary foccacia bread recipe on epicurious that looks good. (i didn't search vegweb, rather silly of me.) but if you go to epicurious.com and put "rosemary" into the search engine, you get a ton of results. a lot of them are marinades for meat, which look rather veganize-able, and therefore scrumptious. :P anyway, here's the foccacia:

Cher, if you roast the potatoes--always cook more than you think you need if there are 2+ people, they wil disappear at the speed of light! Soooo lush! :D (We have GOT to get that lip-smacking icon!)

Another idea, but too late for this batch:

Marinate veggie skewers (mushrooms, tomatoes, onion chunks, bell peppers, summer squash) in a mixture of beer, snipped rosemary leaves, melted margarine, and garlic.  Grill or broil.  Heavenly!

Rosemary grows so much in my parents backyard it's taking over!  :o  So one day I looked up what you can do with large amounts of rosemary (I'm guessing you have a small amount though). If you have a dog or cat, you can rinse them with rosemary infused water (boil the rosemary in water, cool down, and use), it supposedly keeps fleas at bay. Never tried it myself because our cats are too skittish.

ohhh that kabob idea sounds amazing!  We live in an apartment and aren't allowed to have a grill but I desperately want a grill pan I can use indoors.

the pet rinse is a great idea too!  Thanks  ;)
