Omega 3's

So.  My usage on here has been sporadic at best due to lack of an internet connection, but I Just found out that my body is not jiving too well with flax or walnuts.

Where the heck am I supposed to get my Omegas??? :'(

YAY! Thanks for the hemp idea!!  I love love love hemp ice cream, so I bet hemp milk is way tasty too. I use canola oil too, although I do use olive and coconut more.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys!!

Smart Balance has an Omega-3 peanut butter that's pricey, but tasty.  My sister has flax issues, but that stuff doesn't bother her.

You guys know I like the idea of variety.  Relying on a single source for nutrients isn't a good idea IMO.

I have hemp protein powder I eat occasionally, I also add flax seeds occasionally to cereal, I eat a wide variety of nuts to include walnuts, and pumpkin seeds.

Our bodies are brilliant at taking these sources and using them, and creating what we need.

I also have a protein powder that contains chia seeds.  The HFS here sells chia seeds, but I haven't tried them yet.

I also take a DHA supplement that's made from algae.  Deva makes a good brand.  Although, like I said if you get omega's your body will make DHA with it.
