Okay, here is another one: grapefruit and oranges

I just got a 1/4 bushel of grapefruit and oranges from my work as a valentines day present. Pretty cool!
Now what do I do with all this fruit???????
make marmalade or jam
juice it and freeze whatever you can't use right away
zest the oranges and freeze or dry it for later use
Make Orancello and grapefruit-cello with the rinds and the juice the fruit.
candied orange and grapefruit peels. then dip in dark chocolate. drool.
Fresh squeezed orange juice sounds like heaven to me! Orange tofu also... It tastes so much better with fresh squeezed oranges <3
Grapefruit and avo salad! Is it pink or white grapefruit? The pink is good grilled or broiled. I just eat them out of hand, though. XD The oranges could go with some coconut and carrot and rice in a salad, maybe with some raisins. Or you could make mulled orange cider instead of apple. It's still winterish. Use the rinds to flavour cookies or cupcakes. Make granita to save the ones you can't eat?
