How do you clean beet & radish greens?

Ok, I know that I'm new at this but just found out that I can eat my beet and radish greens! We have been composting them for all these years :-[

Can anyone tell me how much of the leaf you can eat of these greens...and do you have to remove the veins of them before eating them? Of course I just found out about garlic scapes this year also :-D

You don't have to remove anything, just wash them and don't use any that are yellow. Use the whole thing.
Radish greens are kind of sharp in flavour so you might want to blanch them a bit before use--just drop them in boiling water for a minute and then drain and rinse with cold.
You can eat turnip, carrot, beet and radish greens.

Thanks yabbitgirl, there is sooooooooo much that I don't know. I'm finding out so many more veggies and different ways to cook them! I don't know where to start, everything sounds so delicious. Hubby's compost pile will definitely be getting smaller this year ^-^
