Help me decide what recipe to use for Christmas dinner.....

Looking for advice on what "meatloaf" recipe I should try to make for Christmas dinner this year. Taking a break from Tofurkey this year and would like a lentil or other protein based meatloaf.

If you have a tried and tested recipe you use please share.
