Heavy Cream substitute?

I have a recipe that takes heavy cream. I would make it more often but high fat stuff like that doesn't "sit" well in my tummy. I love the recipe but would like a healthier substitute. Any suggestions?
Mimiccreme! :)

Storm! I've never heard of that stuff before. It looks amazing.
Unfortunately, I can't eat cashews....boo. Does anyone know of a product like this without cashews?
i would blend up silken tofu, it doesnt have any particular flavor, but it can give it the right texture.
how about soy coffee creamer, maybe with extra soymilk powder added to thicken it up a bit?
maybe you can use yogurt instead of cream?
It's the same problem with me. I would like to have something instead of oil, cream...
I blend up cashews with a little water or soymilk until smooth, then dilute it to the consistency I need. I haven't tried it in desserts yet, but methinks it's neutral enough in flavour to do savoury or sweet. ;)b
