Good nut burger recipes..?

Hey all,
I was wondering if anyone knew of a fantastic nut burger recipe? There's this great little veggie drive-in in  northern California that I ate at several times while visiting there called Sunflower Cafe (in Fair Oaks aka roostertown lol ) and they have these amazing nutburger and nutmeat tacos....I think it contains walnuts and sunflower seeds and brown rice or other grain(s) for sure, but I'm not sure what else. Does anyone know some of the other ingredients or how to replicate these babies? I think probably everyone that's eaten there probably is dying to know the recipe and most likely it's a closely guarded secret   :hrmm:
Thanks

im no help at all but i had raw walnut meat tacos at a raw cafe a couple months ago and they were awesome.

maybe a raw person knows?

I don't know, but if you get one I will be the first to try it, I don't care for bean burgers.

I got a recipe from my cookbook that's  good grilled.

Nutty Rice Burgers

1 TBL sunflower oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 1/3 C mushrooms, finely chopped
2 C cooked brown rice
1 3/4 C bread crumbs
3/4 C walnuts
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 TBL brown fruity sauce (like kitchen bouquet)
dash of tobasco sauce
salt and pepper
vegetable oil for basting

1. Heat oil in large pan, add onion and cook for 3-4 mins until they are almost soft.  Add mushrooms and cook for a further 2 mins.

2. Remove the pan from the heat.  Transfer to a bowl and stir the cooked rice, bread crumbs, walnuts, egg, brown fruity sauce and dsas tobasco sauce into the vegetables.  Season to taste with salth and pepper and mix well.

3. Shape into burgers, chill in fridge for at least 30 mins.

4. Grill on an oiled rack over medium-hot coals for 5-6 mins on each side, turning once and frequently basting with oil.

Alternatively cook under a preheated broiler.
