Egg substitutes

Last night I called in my local Asian market with the hope of finding some egg substitutes as even though I am not vegan I thought I would give them a try with an open mind the progression of my eating habits. I found a lot of great noodles, hot sauce, sesame seed at about 10% of the cost of my local big box grocery store and some really nice soy sauce, but no egg substitutes.
Any help on brand names, web sites that may deliver, stores, Trader Joe's maybe?
Thanks in advance for your help.

what do you want the sub for?
in baking you can use ener-G egg subs or flax and water blended together.
for a scramble you can use tofu w/ turmeric and veggies.
Are you looking for an egg substitute for baking, or one for quiche or custardy type stuff? For baking, Ener-G is a great brand. Whole food stores and Trader Joes should definitely carry that. For custardy type stuff where you actually need something to bite on, I look to silken tofu. There are some recipes on Vegweb with ideas for omelets, quiches, etc. that may give you some ideas.
Even when we did eat eggs, I figured subbing egg replacer is a no-brainer solution to lower fat and cholesterol.
