I'm looking for a good dip for carrots, cauliflower and celery sticks. Do you have a good recipe?

Not to toot my own horn, but I use the spread for a sandwich recipe I posted called Popeye's Favorite Sandwich anytime I'm craving a delicious dip for carrots and celery sticks. I make it as is if it's just for me, but if I'm sharing it with others I usually cut back on the spinach to 1 1/2 cups because I'm a bit more fond of the spinach in spinach dips than my friends. :P It's a bit thick with the full amount of spinach, so you might cut back a bit or double the tofutti and mayo if you like a runnier dip.
Let me know how you like it if you try it; I think it's yet to be tested here on vegweb.
Also, if I'm feeling really lazy I just blend up a box of silken tofu with a couple tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a tablespoon of sugar, and ranch-y spices (parsley, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and maybe a bit of basil). Reminds me of the ranch dip that comes in those store-bought veggie trays.

Thanks! I tried your "lazy" version since I didn't have all the ingredients in the other recipe. It worked great. I added generous shakes of dill so it is a delicious, creamy dill dip now. I appreciate your help. :)

Awesome. I'm glad it worked out for ya. The dill addition is a good idea. I might try that next time too. :)

Hmmm. I'm not a huge fan of ranch dressings, and I can't eat spinach. Any other dip ideas?

I make a ranch type dip with tofutti sour cream, a packet of kosher ranch mix, a little hot sauce, soy sauce and lemon juice. Really good and easy!
