does anyone have a successfully tried/tested recipe for something like a steamed wonton? a type of asian-style dumpling. i'm looking for something with plenty of flavour. in happy anticipation.....

just dragging this back up to the top of the list.....for obvious reasons.
the woman who wrote my Italian cookbook, Bryanna Clark Grogan, has a vegan Chinese cookbook out that is supposed to be realy good. i haven't tried it, but i bet there would be some kind of steamed wonton recipe in there. the italian one is fairly comprehensive. good luck!
