Brown Sugar shaped cubes

Does anyone know how to make brown sugar cubes, and/or how to make them into shapes?  I saw an advertisement that showed oatmeal with a brown sugar shaped heart of sugar cube consistency.  So cute!  Any ideas???  Thanks!

i would think that if you just added a drop or 2 of water to dampen the sugar and then press it into a mold after the water evaporated youd have a new shape..  idunno - maybe it'd fall apart.. hmm

Hmm... I dunno about making them but I just buy these at the store... raw sugar cubes.
I'm sure you can get them in the states too. But it seems like they are made under high pressure or something.

Ooohh I bet you could use "butter molds" to make them the way propinecone said.
They're flexible and stuff.

You sure it wasn't a little maple sugar candy thingy? They're molded and sort of brown sugar color.

OH yeah, if it was on a commercial or in an ad it could have been made with GLUE or something... it didn't have to be edible.  :-\

Cute but expensive and not sure if they'd be vegan...

My goodness. I had no idea such things existed. Live and learn.

Here in Spain they sell brown sugar cubes in the big supermarket chains. A little more expensive but perfect for special coffee, particularly Irish coffee.

Better than 18 pound for 64 pieces!! (That's almost $37!!) 50 cents per sugar cube you might cringe everytime a guest took one!

I've been thinking about this...
I bet you could do a brown sugar syrup in a mold and pop those out, they'd be more like the consistency of rock candy and good for tea/coffee, but maybe not oatmeal.
