Best Vegan Chorizo?

I've been reading a lot about Mexican cooking lately, and many recipes call for chorizo. I know there are chorizoed-up meat alternatives out there but what's the best? Or is it easy to make?
I also had a vegan chorizo taco last weekend, and it was delicious, so I'm on a mission to replicate the flavor!
I don't know that it's the best, because it's the only chorizo I've tried, but there's a recipe in Vegan Brunch that's easy to follow and damn tasty : )
