Best vegan chocolate chip cookie dough?

I've tried out a couple of the recipes on here for CC cookies. The cookies are good but half the fun of them is eating the dough, and I've yet to find any that have that creamy cookie dough taste. Most seem to taste too granulated.
So I was wondering, from your experiences with recipes here, which of the recipes makes the best stand-alone chocolate chip cookie dough?

The baked outcome is really good, but the dough is even better. I've tried lots of vegan chocolate chip cookie recipes, and this is still my favorite for both dough & cookie. I use the cornstarch + water "egg" instead of Ener-G.
The best cookie recipe is from the Art of Tofu. It is also posted on the Mori-Nu website. I think the dough is delicious too, although I haven't done a head to head dough tasting.
