Ok, some of you may remember my failed plans to make this dip over the holidays.  Well, I finally made it last weekend.  It was pretty freakin awesome.  Everyone loved it.  Yay!  Has anyone else tried it?  I wonder if it would be ok to sub broccoli for the asparagus.  Asparagus is often quite expensive and also, I think the broccoli might give it a milder flavor.  I don't know, I like it just fine the way it is but I may give broccoli a try.  Any thoughts?
