Fruit juice
Fresh fruit
Oatmeal
Cream of rice
(It's what you put on them that may add calories. If you use just a little sweetning, like half a teaspoon, you'll be fine.)
I am a great fan of microwaved "baked" potatoes (small) with a drizzle of olive oil and Herbamare herbal salt. If you eat a small potato it only takes about 3-4 min to cook and it's hot and tasty.
Smoothies, made w/ rice or almond milk
Clif or Lara bars
half ww english muffin w/ 1 serving cream cheese or almond butter
make low-cal muffins or breakfast burritos on your day off
I like leftovers, really
I agree on the leftovers thing. There's no reason a lunch meal isn't just as good for breakfast, unless maybe it's Thai curry and you're going to do aerobics right after (ask me how I know this.) You need a burst of nutrients and calories first thing in the morning to get going anyway, better than say last thing in the evening. I love a slice of warmed-up leftover pizza for breakfast, to be quite frank.
I'm another for the leftovers. I'm eating veggie with brown rice curry right now. It's better to eat the other way around anyway.
Thanks everyone for your replies !!! ;)b
i had no idea clif and lara bars are vegan?

Woooow.....I read the backs of some labels on Clif bars and they have honey! (some not all). Just be aware! Good luck! :P
They have a Finder on their website where you click on your diet and it will filter out which ones are not vegan and will show you only the vegan ones.
toasted bagels with hummus
bagels with veggie butter and jelly with no sugar
bagels with veggie cream cheese and jelly with no sugar
Homefries but add more to it not just potatoes
