How many Vegwebbers are close to Vancouver? Enough to have a potluck? I sure hope so... Alright Lower Mainland people, show yourselves!

Now that the boards are back (yayayayay!) I just wanted to say that Laine, healthymomma and I met up a few weeks ago and had a wonderful time! My very first Vegweb meetup! Anywho... we're talking about having another meetup, maybe in March, if there's other Lower Mainlanders who would be interested...
Yeah, it was awesome even if I was a little brain-fried from studying ;)!! Volacious.r & healthymomma- we'll have to do it again soon. Any other Vancouverites or lower mainlanders are more than welcome to join in. One of us should bring a camera next time so we can post pics!
It was totally awesome! The food was delicious and satisfying and the company was welcoming. I'm very much looking forward to our next outing. I hope our group grows even more!
So when would be good for peeps to meet up again? I'm looking at March and I'm already really limited. :o Sooo... 1st week of April anyone?! Any day but Tues is good for me.

March is somewhat limited for me also. Wed. are no good for me. The first week of April may be good as long as exams don't interfere (it's right around that time) but I think I'll know better closer to the date. volacious.r- did you go the the Multicultural Fair last w-end?

It was at the Croat. Cult.Center. The reason I asked is because Earthsave had a booth & I volunteered there for the first half of the day so I thought you may have gone also! It was alright, not NEARLY as good as TOH though!
April sounds splendid. We shall arrange it closer to the time. Rhada anyone? I've heard so many good things about it. Or perhaps a place none of us have been.. What do you guys think?

Have any of you tried Saravana Bhavan? http://www.saravanabhavan.com/restaurants.php?cn=Canada&cy=British%20Columbia&rid=46# Broadway at Oak. I've really wanted to go here, but it means a trip over a bridge.
Sundays are best for me (hubby can watch the twinkies).

I'm not sure if they do brunch at or not. They're on Main just North of Prior St. between Union and Georgia (almost in Chinatown). They are only open on weekends as they are a yoga studio during the week so it's a possibility that they're open for brunch. Their food is amazing and the vibe of the place is really chill, relaxing!
OK, after looking at their website (http://radhavancouver.org/) it doesn't look like they do brunch, boo. SHould we do Radha another time and go somewhere for brunch?
Radha does do brunch, but it's only once a month and they don't have their April schedule up yet. If you wait 'til June 1st, Earthsave is holding a brunch Dineout at Radha that's going to be awesome!!!
Let's find a different venue this time and then do brunch at Radha in June. How does that sound?
