hehe, I like woo! We were only there for touristing purposes for a couple of days. We went to the castle , the botanical gardens, a few churches, a really nice park, and wandered around looking at old medieval buildings. There's also one street where grafitti is allowed, which is pretty interesting to check out. We also may, or may not, have drank a lot of beer.
But for the vegan-ness of the place, I don't really know, because we didn't eat out. I know they do veggie-thursday though : )
I'm from Finland :)
So is the family I work for and they're vegan as well! I would love some sort of Euro-meet up
I'm in Germany. Berlin is a great place for vegans :)
I'm an American living in Spain. I know there's at least 1 other person living in Spain in here, and a few British people.

Geneva is not.
I'm in London, UK and I think a European VW meet up would be amazing....but I'll only be in Europe for another month or so, then I'm moving to NZ
Shelloid, sad that you're leaving the UK but awesome that you're moving to NZ. Maybe we can plan something quickly! :)
Of all cities in Europe, what does everyone think the best city for it would be?
How about Ghent, Belgium? They have lots of veg restaurants and every thursday is veggiedag. Also somewhat central for those who've responded.
That said, I have no idea if I'd be able to get there.
awwww I wish I could go to this : (
there's a really big tree in the middle of a roundabout in Ghent:

if you go, give it a hug for me!
