WOW! This one is a winner! exactly what i like in a brownie, perfect soft texture! chewy gooey goodnes! For sugars, I used date sugar, dark brown sugar, and sucanat.
This is a great recipe!! I used whole spelt flour instead of whole wheat, and for the sugar, I used 1/4 cup of raw sugar and 1/4 cup of molasses! I also added unsweetened coconut. Mmmmmm...!!
This turned out very moist and yummy. It was a big hit. Instead of raisins, I added a small can of crushed pineapple, and some shredded coconut. I recommend this recipe! : )
I made this the other night. My fiance came up with the idea to have a vegan version of strawberry shortcake with a sweet cornbread as the base. So I found this recipe and gave it a go. WOW!
