This was my first attempt at frying tofu, and it came out great! I didn't have any rice vinegar and I forgot to add the garlic, but it was still good. I also added baby bellas and broccoli.
Disappointed :( This didn't rise at all. And the 1 hour cook time was way too long, because when I took it out it had a crispy layer around the whole thing.
These didn't really stick together for me, and didn't stay in a "bar". The orange was really overpowering, I didn't even taste the pumpkin or coconut in these.
