These were really good...the best vegan brownies I've tried. I do think they need something to bind them though....they were a bit crumbly even though I cooked them for about 20 minutes.
Sorry, I should have specified that the potatoes needed to be diced and that the spices needed to be added to the oil. It was my first recipe I posted on here, so be patient with me.
so simple, yet delicious! I used a basting brush to coat my cauliflower so that I used less oil. I sprinkled the cauliflower with a bit of garlic powder, salt, and pepper while roasting.
my first successful vegan pudding! I used tapioca flour for a smoother consistency. I will probably add less sugar next time, but I was excited that this actually thickened up!
