After reading all of the positive reviews of this recipe, I decided to finally try it tonight. Although it was edible, it certainly was not my favorite use for black beans or bananas.
I just put this in the fridge! I cut it in half, and used peanuts instead and the batter is SO good! I don't know how I'm going to wait for it to set...
I made this today for lunch (instead of studying like I should've been doing...)-- SO delicious! I had to modify the recipe because I only had one potato, but it still turned out perfectly.
