man this was really really good! I used to loooooove chicken piccata before i went veg. I thought the sauce was a bit sour/vinegary but maybe that's cuz my jar of capers was filled with vinegar.

Wow these definitely satisfied a chicken nuggets craving I didn't realize I had!! I totally overlooked the part about freezing the tofu.. but it still came out pretty well.
the paneer was so good!! i would double the sauce next time. i didnt have spinach so i used collards, which worked out okay, but spinach would probably be best since it shrivels up more when cooked.
