This was a goey treat. I subbed unbleached flour with buckwheat flour and canola oil with grapeseed oil. Fabulous! I also ground up hazelnuts for a topping with a little sprinkle of shredded coconut.
This is great however I made a few subs. I subbed the 1/2 cup of butter for a 1/2 cup of apple sauce. I used buckwheat flour and they turned out amazing.
