Mmmmm, I made this for my husband who is wheat gluten intollerant, so i used spelt flour instead of regular flour (we are still experimenting with what hurts and what doesn't) and he loved it!
I made these gluten free for my husband by using the all purpose gluten free flour mix by Bob's Red Mill instead of regular flour. Wow, they were very moist and chocolatey! YUM!
Very good. Big hit with the guys tonight. Browned tofu separately with sesame seed oil. I used a bag of frozen stir fry veggies with my own sliced zucchini and onion. Easy fast and yummy.
