made this with sriracha and added some maple syrup, simple but surprisingly good! its nice to have a quick sauce that doesn't require cooking to taste good
i subbed coffee for water, hoping for a mocha flavor, but it still tasted mostly like chocolate. not that thats a bad thing ;) really gooey, baked mine for 40 min and still barely done in
sometimes instead of egg replacer i'll use cornstarch mixed up in water much the same. i think i got the idea from one of veganyumyum's dessert recipes.

Made as per the recipe, as I had just purchased berbere. This is gonna be my go-to red lentil recipe for a while :) It really isn't that spicy, just very well-spiced and flavorful.
