this is nice dish, i served mine with rice. instead of shallots used dried chives but turned out nice. I think ill make it again but next time add some waterchesnuts and shoots.
very tasty and fast! I used fresh spianch, put it in the microwave about 45 sec. added a little garlic powder and mustard. soooo easy and yummy, definatly making it again! :)>>>
Im trying this right now. I satayed the eggplant in tasted sesame oil instead of steaming. the sauce is realy good and can be used on a variety of veggies even tofu!
My husband liked the sauce, but i thought it was too mustardly... ironic because my husband doesnt even like mustard. I used wholemeal flour and it worked really well.
If your looking for something new to try this is def. the recipe to use. The dressing makes a lot. But both my husband and i liked this unusal mix and yummy flavors together. interesting.
