This was really delicious. I followed the recipe as written, except for adding some more seasonings at the end. Also, I didn't use oil, just cooking spray and a little water to steam.
Mmmmmm...I'm eating these right now and they are delicious! I used a mixture of frozen cauliflower and brussel sprouts. So good and easy to prepare! These will definitely be made again!
These were a big hit! I double the recipe and made cake for dinner with my parents and cupcakes for a Saturday night with the girls. They were well received by all!
