This is the first time I've made seitan without boiling it forever and forgetting about it 3 times...I never even knew this was an option! Thanks for the idea
gross! these turned out horrible! i'm not sure what i did wrong, but i think i should have sifter the flour, they were gooey, but not in a good way, they were like, doughy :P
this was amazing. im really bad at making soup, i end up making really unflavorful and then i add salt and freak out because i think it's too much sodium :D
Ho-ly cow. These are sooo great! I've made them 3 times this week! All I can say is wow! My mom LOVES them, she says they remind her of something she used to eat as a kid.
