This recipe made 12 muffins for me. I substituted 1/2 c of applesauce for the oil and used 1/2 c whole wheat flour, 1 c unbleached white all purpose flour. They're in the oven right now...
Wow! They turned out great and were delicious! I forgot to add, I used probably 2-3 Tablespoons of ground flax seed as well, and I only ended up baking them for about 20 minutes. Perfect!
