Easy and delicious! I followed other people's suggestions and cut down the baking soda to 1 tsp, and that worked perfectly.

Wow, I just ate almost all of this the minute it came out of the oven! I'm going to try leaving it to marinate next time instead of throwing it together right before roasting. Delicious!

These are so good! I used curry powder, not cumin, and chucked in some coriander as well. I also replaced the parsley with fresh coriander.
