You can always use Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout or Imperial Stout. They say, brewed solely with malt, hops, yeast and water. Ding Ding and one of the best Stouts on the market.
This recipe was SUPER good and was enjoyed by all who had it. Added just a little salt and pepper to bring out the flavors a touch more but it didn't really need it.
