Just a few quick questions: Does this turn rock hard like most vegan ice creams once you put it in the freezer? Did you use "milk" or soy creamer for the ice cream in your picture?
How weird... I totally missed the part about peeling the potatoes. I left the skin on too! It would be hard to do these without the potato skin holding the potato together.
if you have access to black salt use it!!! the last batch i made i added black salt (gives things an "eggy" taste) and this tasted exactly like eggs!!! weird but so good!
i have a huge head of nappa to use up too bad i don't have daikon but i am making this again tonight! i have a mad kimchi rice craving right about now that will have to wait a few days
