I really liked this! I added an extra bay leaf, 1/2 teaspoon of coriander, pinch of thyme and a pinch of turmeric, and it came out fabulous!

This was really, really yummy. I cooked it a little different: I sauteed the onion, leeks and celery in margarine, then added them to the mashed potatoes.
