This was the best mac n cheese I have ever made. I followed the instructions almost exactly, except I used unsweetened almond milk instead of soy, and I didnt have miso so I used tamari.
Alright, this may sound a little crazzzzzzy BUT, I thought this was so good that I tried it again the very next night with brussel sprouts!!! Again, super delicious.
