Simple Quick Salad

What you need: 

1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup watercress, chopped
1/4 cup scallions, sliced
1/4 cup shredded carrots
2 tablespoons flax seeds

What you do: 

1) Combine avocado, watercress, scallions, and carrots in a bowl. Sprinkle flax seeds on top.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This is a good, simple little salad, though it needs dressing (IMO).  I just used my standard EVOO, raw RWV, and fresh garlic.  Very nice.
