Olive, Peppers, and Raisin Salad

What you need: 

1 head lettuce, thinly sliced
10 olives, quartered
1 each yellow, red, and green peppers, thinly sliced
4 spring onions, diced
1 small cucumber, sliced
1 tbsp oiive oil
1/5 tbsp balsalmic vinegar
half a cup sultanas (raisins)
10 cherry tomatoes, halved

What you do: 

Place the lettuce in the bottom of a glass bowl or similar. Mix the rest of vegetables together and place on top lettuce. Mix olive oil and balsalmic vinegar togather and pour over salad.
