Help needed - Party catering

I am having a Halloween party on Saturday and was feling confident but no I am struck dumb with fear.  I am catering to almost exclusively omnivores and am looking for good tips.

I had planned to make a lasagn that everyone adores but we have lot the recipe.  I was also planning a gardein chili but am now second guesing myself tht the omni won't ike the gardein.  Baked potatoes, garlic bread (to keep the vampires away)

I am doing dips, hummus, salsa, 7-layer, guacamole with crisps and chips and nuts

Lots of beer and wine

2 different cupcakes for dessert as well as a black cherry mouse pie and a peanut butter chocolate pie (Alicia Silvertstone recipe)

I am so worried now about the catering.  A few of the people coming are coming round for the first time since we made the switch from veggie to vegan a year ago as they have refused to eat our vegan crap so it has to be good.

I would be eternally grateful for good suggestions, I feel that it has to be good to change people's opinion about vegan cooking.

thanks you all so much in advance

Maybe replace the gardein with "meat" crumbles or more beans in the chili if you are concerned about that.  Your menu looks good to me.  It is basic party food that I think most omnis will enjoy.

Lots of beer and wine

i agree, add "meat" crumbles to the chili and serve extra beer and wine.  everyone should be happy and none the wiser.  AND if they are, they'll be to drunk to care.

VegWeb's Cheesy Bean and Cheese Enchiladas http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=5980.0 or just a burrito/ taco making station: rice, fajita style bell peppers and onions, refried beans, guac, salsa, etc can't go wrong.
