I've been reading about a Sudanese staple called moukhbaza, but I can't find a single recipe online.  It's banana paste of some sort, topped with a green chili pepper sauce (no recipes for that, either) and olive oil. 

I'd really like to make this.  Does anyone have a recipe?

(It will be a week before I see anyone from Sudan to try and ask them).
