To go vegan.

It' already hard to be the only vegetarian in a meatatarian household, being a vegan in one *shivers*
But eventually I want to make the switch, when I can buy my own groceries. My question is about supplements. I'm already taking b12 pills, but what else am I to take? I search websites, but I always get twelve different answers and I figured the best method was to get it from the people who live the life style.
What can I expect to take as a vegan?
You know, this really depends on how varied your diet is. Depending on what you like and include, you may or may not need to supplement with iron, calcium, and a good vegan DHA/Omega 3-6-9 supplement.
I don't take any suppiments at all, and have been vegan for 2 years. I eat a pretty healthy diet though.
Well, I certainly plan on eating much better when I have my own money. My doctor told me about the b12, that I should take it. I'm open to a lot of things, there isn't a food group I avoid, just certain things. Mushrooms scare me.
y dont u just take a vegan multi vitamin? eating a variety of food will give u the nutrition u need so i wouldn't worry about it
