Does anyone have a recipe for vegan Sang Choy Bao (that Chinese dish with chestnuts, vege, and usually mince in lettuce cups)?

I had some at a vegan restaurant (my first vegan restaurant visit- OMG, so damn good), so now I want to replicate it at home, but I am not sure what flavors to use (soy sauce and what else?)
