I hope somebody will know what I'm talking about, and prove that I didn't imagine this book! I'm looking for a book on making nut and seed milks that I saw in the library years ago but they don't have it anymore. I don't remember the exact title, but it's not "Not Milk - Nut Milk!" or "Milk Recipes from Nuts and Seeds". So far those are the only two books I've been able to find on the net, but I don't think either of them are the one I'm looking for. The book in question had recipes for mixed nut and seed milk - such as an almond, sesame and walnut milk, and was illustrated with cute pictures of mice or squirrels. Has anybody seen/heard of this book?
