(SYTYCD) I know a lot of us here love it...and the rest of us should start watching it-->love it, so..let's discuss (continue the discussion)!

I also love Twitch, and I hope he makes it this time.
I liked that one guy (Victor?-bboy who went and sat in the audience chairs), but he didn't make it through the choreography.

oh dear lord do i ever love this show. william winfield (sp?)'s spoken word piece - the "clever" modern one - (lyrics/music by ursula rucker) was SO amazing! i literally jumped up off my sofa and exclaimed, "THAT was f'in AWESOME!"

*Squee* Yes I love SYTYCD! The first auditions were good I thought! A lot of strong guys this time around--I get sick of seeing all those girls! And did you see Travis was teaching the choreography in LA? I'm so happy that Mia hired him! I extra love and miss Benji too--I hope they bring him back this season for a "what's happening" or as a guest judge or something!

I love, Love, LOVE this show!!! I just watched the first episode of S4 on Youtube. Again, I am addicted with my favorite drug of choice.
I will agree with whoever said that there was a lot of strong guys. For some reasons, their personality added to their talents, really pop out more than the girls, but hey, it's just the beginning. I thought the spoken word performance was moving, just goes to show how much dancing is more than moving according to the beat, a message can be send through dancing, melikes! That's the first that comes to my mind right now.
And then there's Sex, and Gold Inferno (sp?) and the "they're racist against tall people" girl, how I love the absurdity of it all.
I believe a good season is starting. I will probably not walk to my destinations from now on, but cha cha cha to work, waltz back home, salsa to the clubs, shimmy to the movies and funky chicken anywhere else. That's the effect this show has on me. Yes, I believe that could be cured with therapy, but really, who would want that?

wow, am i glad this thread is up. i had no idea this week's episode is playing tomorrow! i totally would have missed it! whew.

dancing is the most spectacular thing ever! not that i'm biased or anything. i can't wait for this season to evolve so i can grow to love the dancers and their performances. oh, and mia michaels totally rules! ;) :)>>>

They will probably have it on two nights--one with the show and one with the results maybe? I'm not 100% sure--did you check the website for a schedule? I hope it's mondays--I won't be able to see it if it's on Wednesdays :(

Yeah, I checked the schedule..and for next week, they have one on Wed. and Thur. To me, it looks like maybe Wed. is the new one. I'm not sure though...and nowhere on the site says when it will regularly air. Really disappointing!

I think the other city other than Dallas is Salt Lake City. That's what a coworker of mine said. I'm trying to find it on the SYTYCD website, but not much info on that...

It's 10pm and I just got home--I'm so sad I missed the auditions....blerg--oh well, I did get to go shopping with my mom, so it's not all bad, and I got some pretties!!! *yeah*
Hopefully I'll be able to watch next week--and maybe they will do the encore of this episode on monday! that would be awesome!!!
