a friend sent this to me and I looove the video! I love how the woman is trying to teach him to make the greeting noise, and another pig comes over all curious to see him after hearing the noise. <3 pigs

although, I was disappointed to see that after 2 weeks he continued to eat pigs. Especially despite his initial...hesitation. I really hate when people say that like it's an accomplishment or an obligation. "well, i couldn't eat them for a couple weeks, but then I came around again." or "the taste was just so good, I'm going to ignore the fact that it's a luxury food item that I'm paying someone to get by abuse and neglect" (especially after becoming close to these animals!) It's unbelievable.
I think it says something about human nature when people connect with animals like this and it makes us hesitant to do something like eat them. It's really sad that most people consider this feeling something to "get over" and don't acknowledge it. It's important to listen to them and not ignore your own feelings about something simply to live up to what society/family/friends might expect of you, just to fit in. :(

The video was kind of cute. but I do agree with tino. I can't believe he can still eat them.
