So, for those of you who are lacto-veg or have family members who still consume dairy products (like I do), this is a great list compiled by the Cornocopia Institute on different organic dairy producers and their animal welfare practices, business practices, and committment to organics.  Since Josh still consumes dairy in the form of milk and cottage cheese, we wanted to find a company that made us both comfortable.  We buy Organic Valley currently but will likely be switching him to WF milk because it's a bit cheaper.  Whole Foods 365 Organic brand rated excellent as did Organic Valley.
