I just heard on the Today show that "mental health day" was added to the webster's english dictionary as an offical word (lol) I thought this was too funny! ;D Here is the official definition from webster:
Definition: a day taken off work or school to rest or recover, esp. from stress
I just so happen to be on a mental health week right now! Instead of just one day I needed a week, so I took this week off work to sit around and do nothing. It's been wonderful! ;)
I call em National (fill in your name) Appreciation Day! Usually they entail me staying in bed all day, watching DVDs and reading. I prepare in advance, make sure the house is decent and there is food, and then just "veg out" (to corn a phrase) and do nothin. Blisssss.
how can "mental health day" be a word? More of a phrase or a title but it is three words not a word. Very odd.

I know, that's why I found it so funny. It is a phrase.... I wonder if they will hyphenate it in the dictionary or what?
